Terms of Service

AviaPicks provides flight search and an on-site booking interface using Duffel's flight inventory and Managed Content ticketing infrastructure. Flight orders are submitted through Duffel to the relevant airline. Separately identified non-flight services may still be fulfilled on partner websites.

By using AviaPicks, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Flight prices and availability come from Duffel and the airlines and can change until an order is confirmed. We do not guarantee:

• That prices displayed are still available at the time of booking.
• That a search price will remain unchanged; AviaPicks refreshes the selected offer and shows the final customer total before order creation.
• Continuous availability of any flight, hotel, eSIM plan or car rental.

Review the refreshed total, itinerary, operating carriers and fare conditions before confirming the order.

The customer total may include an AviaPicks markup configured as a percentage or flat amount. It is shown before confirmation. Duffel's raw fare and the AviaPicks markup are calculated server-side.

A real payment provider is not connected in sandbox mode. No live order may be created from a mocked payment. Live sales will require successful payment before an order is sent to Duffel.

Duffel provides Managed Content ticketing infrastructure and the airline operates the flight. AviaPicks does not provide legal, immigration or visa advice. Always verify passport, visa, health and entry requirements with official authorities before travel.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AviaPicks shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on prices, schedules or information displayed on the site.
• Cancellations, changes, or service failures by airlines or other travel providers.
• Acts, omissions, schedule changes or fulfilment failures by airlines and other travel suppliers, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
• Temporary unavailability of the site due to maintenance or technical issues.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from AviaPicks without permission.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm other users.
• Attempt to interfere with the technical operation of the site.

All content on AviaPicks — including the logo, design, text and code — is the property of AviaPicks or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

Flight booking requires data exchange with Duffel and the relevant airlines. Other clearly identified travel products may link to third-party sites. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of AviaPicks after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Baku, Azerbaijan.
